Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
Since May 6, 1994. We have been in this location since December 20, 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide custom built new and refurbished computer equipment, repairs and upgrades on computer equipment, and installation of network systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been an engineer for the past 40 years, and hold a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from a major university. I have spent 20 years as a Research and Development engineer as well as providing support for computing systems.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not "Geeks", we are Information Technology professionals. We provide careful customized service for our clients, not "assembly line" support. We carefully evaluate how computers can enhance our client's business or personal goals, and apply our talents accordingly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a single location, and have no plans to expand at this time.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are on State Route 156, on the southbound side. If you come off Route 130 Southbound at the old Giovi's restaurant (the one with the lighthouse in the parking lot), we are 1/3 of a mile on the right side.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and checks (with prior approval). We do not accept credit cards at this time, in order to keep our prices competitive.
Which areas do you service?
All of Mercer County, the Northern part of Burlington County, and parts of Monmouth, Bucks, Middlesex and the surrounding counties. Of course, anyone is welcome to bring their equipment to us for repair.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
David Zarodnansky, MSEE.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate by appointment. Because of this, we ask that clients call before showing up, so that I'll be there to meet with them and personally attend to their needs. I sometimes spend considerable time on the road during normal business hours, but this also means that I'm available evenings, weekends, and holidays for client emergencies.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we can get the job done in a timely and cost effective manner.
