We have been in business since 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide physical therapy practice management software to practices all across the nation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Pro Physical Therapy, a therapist owned and operated company, was expanding at such a rapid pace that they were outgrowing the capabilities of their pre-packaged billing software. Not only did their practice grow in patient volume, but also in clinical locations.
Their success created the need for a more effective practice management tool. The company decided to invest in their own software by teaming with local programmers who had more than 15 years of collective experience in medical software development.
Initially, the software was designed to be used exclusively by Pro Physical Therapy. After sharing their experience with colleagues, it was discovered that others could greatly benefit from the system as well. From there, PT Billing Solution was created.
Since then, PT Billing Solution has designed an upgraded version of their software called PT Practice Pro. With PT Practice Pro, users now have more advanced technology to streamline office tasks as much as possible.
